The Special Report (When the Ground Shakes) is published under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 licence (CC BY 4.0): you may copy, translate, adapt and reuse it, including commercially, with attribution to HSREP / Md Shafaat Ali Choyon and a note of any changes. The eight pieces first published by The Daily Star and The Eastern Echo require republication permission from the original publisher, and those pages link to it.

Permitted use

You are welcome to read, link to, quote briefly with attribution, and share the advocacy packages. Where a piece carries its own open licence, that licence governs and you need not ask. For everything else, contact us first before full-text republication, translation, or commercial use.

Contributions to the Roundtable

When you submit a response, you confirm it is your own and you grant HSREP permission to publish it, with your name and affiliation, as part of the permanent record, subject to our editorial standards. Contributions are published only when real, consented, and attributable.
